We provide you with qualified support personnel who will record, track, and resolve your issue in a timely manner. Each call will be assigned a case number that can be used for tracking purposes until the issue has been resolved. Our typical response time for initial support requests is within the first 24 hours.
Your account manager will contact you before your maintenance expiration. Subscription licenses have maintenance included if the subscription is active. Perpetual licenses have maintenance included for the first year after purchase. Maintenance renewal for perpetual licenses is 20% of the current license price and is renewable each year.
InterWorks accepts payment via EFT, credit card, PO, and check. We recommend renewing 30 days prior to expiration to avoid any lapse in service.
Power Tools licenses (both subscription and perpetual) will not be valid for version updates if the maintenance period has lapsed and is no longer active.
Our team of trainers can provide extensive insights on how to make the most of Power Tools. Training is considered an additional service and can be provided at our standard hourly rate.
