Maintenance Services

We provide you with qualified support personnel who will record, track, and resolve your issue in a timely manner.  Each call will be assigned a case number that can be used for tracking purposes until the issue has been resolved.

Maintenance Renewal

Your Account Manager will contact you 90 to 120 days before expiration with your maintenance renewal invoice. Maintenance is 20% of the current license price and is renewable each year.

InterWorks accepts payment via EFT, credit card, PO, and check. We recommend renewing 30 days prior to expiration to avoid any lapse in service.

Late Renewal

We will reinstate expired maintenance for six months from the expiration date with a 20% reinstatement fee.

If you chose to reinstate maintenance after the expiration date, you will be reinstating for 12 months from the expiration date – not from the date payment is received.

If you go beyond this six month period, a new license purchase is required to receive the software or version update.

Inactive Maintenance

Power Tools licenses are perpetual and can be used regardless of maintenance status, yet Maintenance Benefits will not be available. If you do not renew maintenance, you will not have access to version updates.

Software Training

Our team of trainers can provide extensive insights on how to make the most of Power Tools.  Training is considered an additional service and can be provided at our standard hourly rate.
